FC Regina’s Organization Wide Mandatory Proof of Vaccination Policy.
Effective September 24th, 2021 FC Regina will be implementing a Mandatory Proof of Vaccination Policy.
FC Regina will require everyone 18 years of age and over to provide proof of full vaccination to enter the FC Regina facility. Individuals 17 and under are not required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result unless participating in the Adult League. To be considered fully vaccinated, you must have received two doses, with the second injection having been administered two weeks prior to the date of attendance. Exception will be made for unvaccinated members who can provide a negative PCR test that includes the members name and completed within the last 72 hours. Testing will be done at their own expense.
All information provided will be used for verification purposes and not kept on file. We will not be keeping a record of your vaccine information. For players, team staff, referees, technical staff, we will only need to see the information once. Once we have recorded that we have received this information, you will only have to provide your photo ID and we will have a list of members who have provided vaccination on hand. For spectators and everyone else, you will need to provide proof of vaccination with Photo ID every time you enter.
In conjunction with the above vaccination mandate, masks must be worn from the entrance of the building to the field and everywhere in between. Masks can come off for players only when they are actively participating. When players are on the sidelines/benches they will need to wear a mask. All spectators, team staff, and technical staff must always wear a mask while in attendance. Only those two and under are exempt from wearing a mask inside the facility.
