FCR Skills Camp:

Mondays 5 to 6 PM.

Location:  AffinityPlex

Age Groups:  U11 to U19

Attire:  Please wear official club training gear, shin guards and cleats.  Bring your own labelled water bottle.  If you don’t have official club training gear, you can contact the FC Regina office at 306-352-8040 to purchase some.

Last day to Register:  January 14th

Cost: $145.00 (includes Pro-Instinct)

Pro-Instinct: a training app that combines proprietary technical training exercises with spatial awareness and decision-making stimulus. Every exercise can be done by any player on their own, with a cell phone, a ball, and a wall (or a partner). Training with Pro-Instinct reinforces the importance of scanning the environment for important visual cues and responding with quick/accurate decisions.
