2025 Outdoor Sessions for FCR GKU High-Performance Academy Begin May 12

FC Regina is proud to announce the launch of the 2025 Outdoor Sessions for our Goalkeeper Union (GKU) High-Performance Academy, beginning Monday, May 12 at the AffinityPlex. This program is specifically designed for U13-U17 goalkeepers who are committed to developing their technical, tactical, and physical abilities through focused, high-quality training.

The GKU High-Performance Academy is a key pillar in FC Regina’s goalkeeper development pathway. Through structured and personalized coaching, goalkeepers are given the tools they need to improve their performance and reach their full potential in a competitive environment.

Program Details:

• Location: AffinityPlex

• Time: Mondays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

• Cost: $200 for 8 sessions

• Start Date: May 12, 2025

• End Date: July 14, 2025

• Note: No session will be held on May 19 due to the holiday

📌 Attendance is mandatory for all PSL goalkeepers.

Led by Goalkeeping Technical Coordinator Mike Raymond, the sessions focus on all aspects of the modern goalkeeper’s game—including positioning, shot-stopping, footwork, distribution, and communication. Goalkeepers will benefit from a challenging yet supportive environment that promotes long-term growth and consistency.
