Limited Parking at REAL District Due to Saskatchewan Roughriders Playoff Game

On Saturday, November 8, the Saskatchewan Roughriders playoff game at Mosaic Stadium will significantly impact parking and traffic flow throughout the REAL District, including access to the AffinityPlex and Co-operators Centre.

Parking Restrictions (12:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

Most REAL District parking lots will be reserved for paid game day parking and event operations. A small, designated parking area will be available for AffinityPlex users; however, space will be very limited.

• Once the designated lot is full, no additional onsite parking will be permitted.

• All additional guests will be restricted to drop-off only.

• Vehicles parked outside approved areas may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense.

• Limited street parking may be available in surrounding areas.

To help reduce congestion, we strongly recommend:

• Carpooling

• Drop-off and pick-up

• Allowing extra travel time

A parking map will be shared to assist with navigation.

Road Closures & Access Changes

Beginning at 2:30 PM, several road closures will be in effect to accommodate game day traffic:

• Elphinstone Street and internal REAL District access points will be closed.

• Access to the Co-operators Centre will only be available via Princess Street.
