FC Regina Cup
We are excited to invite you to participate in the upcoming FC Regina Cup Youth Tournament, taking place from December 10th to December 14th, 2025, at the AffinityPlex on the REAL District grounds (1700 Elphinstone Street, Regina).
This tournament promises to bring together teams from across the region, offering exciting competition for youth players at all levels. For traveling teams (from more than 100 KMs away), your first game will not be scheduled until 4:00 PM or later on Thursday, December 11th. Games will begin as early as 7:00 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the tournament wrapping up by 6:00 PM on Sunday, December 14th.

Team Registration Process:
Team registration is online only. You can access the registration link on the FC Regina website at www.fcregina.com. Please ensure that you submit your registration by 5:00 PM on November 9th, 2025. Upon completing the registration process, you will receive a receipt via email. If you do not receive this receipt, please contact the FC Regina office at youth@fcregina.com to confirm that your information has been received. Please note, your receipt is not confirmation of your team's acceptance into the tournament. If you are an out of province team please use the Non-Member Team Tournament Registration Tab.
Teams will receive official confirmation of acceptance via email by the end of day November 13th, 2025. Teams not accepted will be refunded their registration fee. Teams accepted will receive login information for submitting their rosters to the website for game sheets. Any changes to rosters will need to be completed by the end of day December 3rd, 2025. Team selection into the FC Regina Cup tournament and player eligibility is at the sole discretion of the Tournament Committee.
Registration Fees (3-game guarantee):
- U11 (all divisions): $550.00 per team
- U13 to U19 Division 2: $650.00 per team
- U13 to U19 Division 1: $850.00 per team
Your registration fee must be paid to the FC Regina office prior to the registration deadline of November 9th, 2025. Incomplete registrations will be removed.
Tournament Format:
- U11 All Divisions: 7 v 7 (including a goalkeeper, on a ¼ field), size 4 ball
- U13 to U19 Division 2: 7 v 7 (including a goalkeeper, on a ¼ field), size 5 ball
- U13 to U19 Division 1: 9 v 9 (including a goalkeeper, on a ½ field), size 5 ball
Roster changes or additions must be approved by the Tournament Organizing committee. No changes will be made to rosters within 7 days of the tournament start date. . Team selection and player eligibility are at the sole discretion of the Tournament Committee.
Hotel Information:
Please register at one of our FCR Regina Cup host hotels below if you are an out of town team as this is a STAY and PLAY Tournament.

Team Status Form:
All Non-FCR Saskatchewan Teams must complete the Team Status Form and submit to the FCR office - youth@fcregina.com by end of day December 5th, 2025. For team status form please click HERE!
