Teams entered do not have to be teams that are participate in our leagues.  You can combine players to form a team for the tournament but players do have to be registered into the appropriate division according to skill level.  We should remain within the current league eligibility chart, but individual exemption requests can be made to adult@fcregina.com just like there is in league play.

If you are an individual player who would like to play but don’t have a team please email adult@fcregina.com including where you are registered, and the division you are interested in playing.  I will place players together to form a team if we have enough interest.

Minimum roster for all divisions is 10 players.

Youth teams must have registered team staff on the bench and in the dressing rooms who have their proper coaching certification and have met all requirements for the level they are team staff for.  This would include Soccer 4 Life- Theory and Practical, Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector, Respect in Sport, Making Ethical Decisions, Making Headway, Emergency Action Plan, and Rule of 2 training.

All players and team personnel must be currently registered with a member organization under Sask Soccer to be eligible to participate.  Players who are not currently registered are able to purchase a Tournament Pass for $50.  The tournament pass is valid through the remainder of the Indoor season.  This would mean players would be eligible to participate in WCP or any other sanctioned tournament between now and end of April.

Cost per team is $250.  Teams will be a minimum of guaranteed 3 games.

Registration will be open from November 28th to December 18th.  Should your registration fee not be paid to the FC Regina office prior to the December 18th your registration will be considered incomplete and removed.  Teams will receive official acceptance by email within 24 hours.
