Are you passionate about ensuring the efficiency and safety of our club's facilities? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our Facilities Committee and help advise on the execution of our existing facility agreements and potential improvements.
ROLE AND SCOPE:
As a member of this committee, you'll advise staff on executing our facility agreements, suggesting efficiencies, and identifying any deficiencies or safety concerns. Your insights will help maintain our facilities at the highest standards.
COMMITTEE MANDATE:
Ensure agreements regarding fields are fully executed
Suggest efficiencies to staff and identify deficiencies/safety concerns
Maintain an action log to address identified items
Conduct monthly walk-throughs to assess safety concerns or deficiencies
COMMITTEE REVIEW:
The Terms of Reference will be reviewed and confirmed by the Executive Director at least every three years.
